Collection: VIETNAM COLLECTIONS: LIMITED EDITIONS (2009-2015)

Between 2009 and 2015, Neil Massey lived in Vietnam, creating three distinct bodies of work that document the country beyond tourism or photojournalism. These aren't travel photographs but the result of six years of observation, contemplation, and immersion.

MONOBLOC (2014-15) documents ubiquitous plastic street furniture as transitory installations - capturing the moments between use when tables and chairs become sculpture, when absence reveals character.

UNTITLED (2009-2015) captures "that moment in-between" - the gaps between thoughts and actions, quiet contemplation amidst everyday noise. Atmospheric, ambiguous, resisting easy explanation.

SỐNG DIPTYCHS (2014-15) explores Vietnam's street culture through paired images. Sống means "raw," "live," "to be alive," "to be born, live then die" - and these diptychs capture that rhythm, pace, and kaleidoscope of beauty, energy, and chaos.

Limited edition prints from six years of living in Vietnam - not visiting, but being there.
